Keep away from anything white (dairy, suger, flour etc). A big no-no is sugar. Don&#039;t need it, don&#039;t eat it! On that note, don&#039;t do anything fat free or artificially sugared since it &quot;tells&quot; yur body it&#039;s getting sugar, but it doesn&#039;t, thus it craves it even more.

But, I just remember a doctor once told me when he was checking my weight that there are heavy healthy people and skinny unhealthy people. My doctor had a big gut, but had a great pulse rate and blood pressure - He was a heavier healthy person.</description>
